This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, as well as any applicable federal laws of Canada. Please note that Omar Faruk is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) of Canada and, as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations. We are under no obligation to begin or undertake any legal services for the client unless they have signed and paid for our Service Agreement.
