Terms and Conditions
Please go through them carefully before signing the agreement.
- After the initial consultation, it is not mandatory or obligatory for either party (either RCIC or the client) to enter into a Service Agreement.
- It is recommended and expected that both the Applicant and their Sponsor are available for the initial consultation to make the best utilization of time and resources.
- The Initial Consultation involves an overall analysis of the client’s profile wherein the strengths and weaknesses of the case file are discussed along with the possible remedial measures for such weak points. An in-depth analysis is only provided after the client has signed the Service Agreement i.e., after the client has hired the services of the RCIC.
- If the client decides to hire the RCIC after the initial consultation, their payment toward the initial consultation will be adjusted in the total service fee. This in no way affects the right of the RCIC to refuse to enter into a service agreement with the Client.
- The Client may only be given an estimation of the service fee before the initial consultation. The definite and final amount, however, will be determined after examining the complexity of the client’s file on or after the initial consultation.
- In cases where the initial consultation session has exceeded the agreed duration, the RCIC will have the right to seek additional payment and the Client will be liable to make such payment.
- The client is permitted up to two email correspondences to clarify any questions they may have after the initial consultation is complete. Even then, emails requesting in-depth analysis will be disregarded till the Client hires the services of the RCIC.
- Refund policy: In instances of failed attendance at the initial consultation, there will be no refund of the fee paid. The Client may, however, reschedule an appointment for a maximum of two times by giving advance notice of at least 6 working hours before the original meeting time. Beyond two times, the fee will be deemed to be utilized.
- The initial consultation will be held only through online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc. in accordance with the client’s preference.
- After the initial consultation, this agreement will be concluded, and any other services will only commence once the client has signed the Service Agreement.
- The Client should not expect samples or formats for any type of documentation during the subsistence of the initial consultation agreement.
- Confidentiality: All information and documents that you provide to us at the initial consultation shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or except as demanded by law. RCIC, and all agents and employees of RCIC, are also bound by the confidentiality requirements of Article 8 of the Code of Professional Ethics. The client agrees to the use of electronic communication and storage of confidential information. RCIC will use his or her best efforts to maintain a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage.
